Forest house
At Naturbyn we have three lovely decorated traditionally hand-built log cabins, we call them ‘See Sea cabin’, ‘Trapper cabin’ and ‘Lo cabin’. All cabins have a four bed facility with grass and wild strawberries on the roof.
Facilities that comes with booking a cabin are: wood stove, hand-made furniture with chairs and a table inside, a terrace with bench to sit outside and enjoy the lake view, paraffin lamps and candles to create a romantic atmosphere. Approx. 25m. to the dry closet and 150m. to the outdoor kitchen, refrigerator and cold spring with drinking water.

Double / Queen size bed
The robust wooden bed frame is shaped of timber logs. Don't worry, the slatted bed base is very comfortable and doesn't squeak.
Private terrace
Enjoy the amazing views on your private terrace. In the early morning during sun rise with a fresh cup or coffee or during sun set and watch the red skies along the treetops.
Wood stove
The evenings can be chilly. Keep yourself warm and light up the fire in the wood stove and dream away with the soft crackling sounds from the iron wood stove.
Cooking equipment
While preparing your diner on an open fire or on the wood stove, you can find all the cooking equipment you need. You can even find a proper stone oven for baking bread or pizza.
Organic linen
We care for human and nature. Everything you see and touch is 100% organic, locally produced and sustainable. A soft linen set can be provided.
No WIFI and no electricity
Do you really need it…? We don't think so. You'll get used to it within a day. You can always bring a solar charger, as there is plenty of sun in this part of Sweden.
